April 27th, according to official sources, the financial technology infrastructure provider Alpaca has completed a $52 million Series C funding round. This round of investors includes 850 Management, Derayah, Kuwait Investment Company, Portage Ventures, and Unbound.

Alpaca stated that this funding round will be used to continue building its API-first infrastructure, accelerate global expansion, and develop products including 24/5 trading and full-asset payment for securities lending.

It is reported that the company provides developer-friendly stock, options, and cryptocurrency trading APIs.
