Nate Geraci, the President of The ETF Store, posted on social media that the S-1 amendment for Nexo 7RCC spot Bitcoin and carbon credit futures ETF has been submitted. As the name suggests, the ETF consists of 80% BTC and 20% carbon credit futures. The SEC has approved the 19b-4 document and it is expected to be launched soon.
